First he helped us install a temporary electric hot water heater, and then he returned to hook up the dryer and stove. Recently, he made us "House Ready" so that our gas could be turned back on. He advocated for us during the inspection process, and even helped us understanding some of the incorrect work performed by our furnace company. "The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"I had two jobs one was very good as the senior plumber installed the new water line for fridge for the regular price and brought the connection valve which I asked for and hooked it up the second day. The second job to install the toilet was done by a young man. It leaked from the toilet right away. They came back and the senior plumber tightened things up. It did not work and they have not responded. With toilet fluids leaking onto me good floor. I hired another plumber who took the toilet off the floor and showed me the broken flange that should have been replaced. Toilet was sitting on it and having been separated from old toilet was stuck to it most probably. It was no good. He came back and changed it and reinstalled the toilet. It does not leak. That should have been obvious to any untrained eye. A plumber would have seen it. The young man was getting trained. The senior plumber should have taken toilet off.
