"I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"

"I got the referral from home advisor, and Anthony called about 3 hours later, and said he could come by in about 2 hours. About 1 ½ hours later he is at the door. he listened to my problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate on rodding before starting, and then cleared the drain, then gave an estimate on the other problems I had. His first priority was that my drain was cleared. He made me feel as though he really cared his work, and his customers. I will be calling him back for the minor work as soon as I can. Thanks"

"Above and Beyond is a great company to work with, they are efficient, personable and professional. They had to do some troubleshooting to figure out the most cost effective way to both remove a drain rod that broke off when I tried to do it myself. They got the rod out and dug in front of the house and coordinated with the city to show, with their cameras, that the roots from a large tree planted in the parkway was the root of the problem. The city removed the tree. Above and a beyond came back about 11/12 months later to rod out again. Still more roots. Theyâ ll be back next year to check and will be my plumbers forever! "Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"When temperatures dropped to -50 with wind chill, the pipes to our basement bathroom sink froze. And as soon as everything began to thaw, (on Friday night) we found that we had a ruptured hot water pipe. Water was shooting out of the wall all over the bathroom. When it became clear that our usual plumber wasn't going to show up on Saturday, I frantically called half-a-dozen plumbers from Angie's List. Only Charlie got back to me and agreed to show up after his next job. On a day that he was clearly being overwhelmed with calls from all over the city, Charlie kept his word and showed up with his partner Dimitri. They quickly figured out there were no other leaks and repaired the pipe. On top of it, Charlie spotted two other unrelated plumbing issues in our HVAC room. They were minor now but could have turned into bigger problems down the road. His thoroughness and attention to detail allowed him to spot these hidden problems and save us headaches down the road. We had our water working in under an hour (on a Saturday evening!) and he charged a very fair price given the demands upon his time. He left our house at 5pm, his phone blowing up from other customers. I asked if he was going to have an end to the day soon, but he said he still had hours to go...he had promised other worried homeowners that he would help them today.
