"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

I didn’t choose an easy tile to work with, so there was a lot of cutting with the hexagon tiles and the pebble floor. On top of it all, Bryan is such a personable individual which made working with him and his crew a pleasure. He was very communicative about when they’d be here throughout the entire job.
