"I have used them for about 6 years. I have only used them for carpet cleaning, I don't know if they do upholstery. Spot cleaning is a part of the service. He does spot treatment and a special coating to help the carpet and odor removal. He is very nice and he does an excellent job. He has a truck that sits outside and he has a steamer that pumps all the dirty water out with the dog hair and stuff. He has to use a special filter and he does a really great job. The odor is gone and all that. He's very, very good. As far as I know, its just him; just one guy."
