"Did a great job the first time but when I called back a few months later due to termite activity no one answered the phone or replied to my text. After several months of calling and texting, they finally came by, took a look, and said they would return with the proper chemicals to spray the attic. Needless to say that never happened! They did not spray the attic and after many many more texts and calls several months later a guy came and sprayed in the bathroom wall and kitchen door. I still have termite activity and I continue to text and call. When they finally answer they claim they will come and never do! This has been going on for over a year! I referred them to a family member and she is experiencing the same problem! This is ridiculous!!! UPDATE: poor follow put. Changing the rating to 2.5 stars!"
