"They have carefully estimated that this came twice, the price is reasonable, the construction period is short, and very experienced. Rebuild balcony railings with two posts that are very strong. I will recommend them."

"The new deck and outdoor area turned out beautifully. The team was organized, respectful, and extremely skilled. We now have the perfect place to host gatherings and enjoy the outdoors."

"Connor's Decking and Siding is the only way to go! I had originally hired an unlicensed contractor to repair my unstable front deck, thinking that it would save money. Big mistake, as after six weeks and thousands of dollars I had only a deck frame that wasnt up to code. Mr. Connor came in and saved the day! Within only three days, I had a beautiful new deck and everything was brought up to code!! They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and surprisingly affordable!! I could not be happier with the quality of work and highly recommend Connor's Decking and Siding!"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Demo-ed and replaced an exterior deck (approx 350 sq ft). The owner and his crew were simply outstanding in estimating, executing, cleaning-up aspects of this job. One is hard-put to assemble adequate adjectives to describe the quality of his work and the pleasure the whole family has experienced from his exceptional work and attitude. Bravo!"

"I was so fortunate to have found Jesus Pantoja Landscaping to complete a project in my backyard. We started with uneven dirt and non blooming trees and finished with a paved courtyard and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Jesus Pantoja Landscaping is a family operation and they are terrific people with great work ethic he and his team were punctual, professional and are a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them for design, install, and maintenance to those who are particular and want outstanding service."

"Nice job. Genuine pricing and quality work. Was bit sceptical initially of using Angi. But once the vendor 'Elite Cleaning' got finalized it was smooth from beginning to end. Robert ( Rob) owner of Elite cleaning is seasoned professional. He guides his clients and is very fair and transparent. Crew / team of Elite is also interesting, not in rush to wrap things. They enjoy doing their stuff and are considerate of fine things. Overall 5 star and my best wishes to them."

"Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."
