Robert is honest, fair and VERY GOOD at what he does. We initially used RTL floors a few years ago to strip and refinish the hardwood floors in our house. The job they did was beautiful! The floors looked new after he completed the work and they are 60 years old! We then used RTL again to install flooring in our family room, removing our outdated carpeting. Robert not only did a fantastic job on the floors but counseled me along the way to find a good, hardy flooring option that would live up to the rigors we put it through in that room. Most recently, we used RTL when we experienced a loss due to sudden and unexpected water backup.
