"We had a problem with termites when we 1st moved in. Our current company kept going up in price and all they did was check the traps 1 to 2 times a year. Tracy, the owner, came over, did a walkaround, inspected the traps. He took his time to explain the product and the process he would use. Found we had a bad fire and infestation so he handled that with protecting the house from termite. He worked around our schedule and got the work done whe he said. He gives a discount for seniors. I did have a problem with how the work looked when finished, but he readily came back and fixed it. I higjly recom3nd him for your pest control needs."

"The company was great through the whole process. We were contacted by Micheal Vogal who was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. He gave us different options and made sure to include was was highest priority. He answered all of our questions and got everything set up and done really fast. All the rodents were caught and everything was sealed up just as promised. They even added the seal we previously bought to the bottom of the garage door. The crews for the trapping and insulation were really great on time and very professional. This was a great experience and we definitely would use them for any future projects. "

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"
