"The install team arrived right on schedule in spite of a tropical storm dumping tons of rain all day long. They were extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to explain how to use the equipment for the best results. I am very satisfied with the installation. I might add that the staff in the office is very good as well-extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient."

"Had a gas leak in my mechanical room next to my boiler and hot water heater and M.L plumbing came and tested the lines and found the leak and fixed the leaking pipe. Thanks M.L plumbing for job well done and at a very reasonable price👍."

"I was able to give the gentleman that came over instructions as to what Iwanted done, moving a lot of heavy things in the basement and and re-organizing items I could not move and he was able to do it well. I was actually able to go upstairs and take care of things without having to sit and watch him to make sure he did the work correctly. I was very happy with the work."

"Scott rebuilt my kitchen. Not only did he install all of my appliances, he also built me a breakfast nook. Tiles are flushed together making the surfaces smooth and easy to clean. He communicated with me through each process of renovations and addressed all of my concerns. He also built a drainage system through my yard and both at the top and bottom of my driveway to prevent flooding. If I ever had a question, he always had an answer."

"Rick, the initial assessor for the (HVAC, electrical and plumbing work), was superb! He efficiently inspected the areas and subdivided the work while giving useful feedback. I look forward to the help from Jones Services!"

"I had an Absolutely Fantastic Experience!! My husband & I were so lucky to have gotten Jason Scharf to come out to our home, he was very insightful, helpful, courteous and very professional. Jason explained step-by-step what he was doing along the way & what would work best within our home with 4 different price ranges that would work for us. Jason was very informative. He mentioned and advised me on some items that would require attention on a monthly basis which I was grateful for. Upon completion, he reviewed the bill and explained any questions that I had. I was very pleased. Overall, Jason’s work was outstanding. I would recommend Jason from Astar to anyone I know that is in need of a central air system in their home. He was one of the kindest, funny and coolest Design Specialists by far. Thanks again Jason you're the Best! We can't wait for everything to be completed."

"Very pleased with the job that was done. Only critique would be a slight gap between the backsplash and wall, which had I noticed sooner I am sure they could have corrected with caulk or pushing backsplash closer. It is hardly noticeable. Everybody that I dealt with was extremely friendly. I am very happy with the counter top."
