Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up.
