"First, I need to qualify this was a flashing repair job so not a huge money-maker for him. He failed to come back to do the job as promised following an unwritten estimate. Said there was an out-of-state issue but did not call to advise of the delay. Heard nothing for nearly a week so I wasn't sure if the job was done until I sent my grandson up on the roof to determine if the work was done. I called him once confirmed the work was not completed. . Was to replace flashing on roof vents. Had to send my grandson He came back the next day following my call to finish the job. Not sure of the quality of his caulking on the flashing but he seemed eager to please and did a couple extra caulking/nailing tasks while up there.
