"I cannot say enough positive things about Davidson and his crew. My job was smaller than their usual jobs, I'm sure, as it's the side yard of my mobile home which was covered with mulch and rocks. Davidson was so thorough in the planning stage with me and took time to be sure he understood what I wanted done and even gave me great suggestions. They completed the job in a day and a half and worked hard that entire time. Not only did they give me a beautiful patio exactly like I wanted, but they spread out the pile of landscape rocks they dug out to blend in with the back of the yard....AND Davidson even crawled under my house to fix a piece of my siding that had come loose where the pavers aligned. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction.
