"When I made the appointment, I specifically mentioned that I purchased the Angie's List Voucher. I even provided the voucher to the technician as requested. And yet a week later, they send me a bill! And this is the second time they did that! The first time, in April, I sent the bill back and nicely explained how I purchased the voucher through Angie's List and they can't bill me again for a service for which I've already paid! "The technician inspected the home on the interior and exterior, then applied the termite treatment externally. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished. He also mentioned that he saw some evidence of other pests that I should monitor.
