"We were contacted immediately by a very friendly staff nmed Heather who quickly scheduled our appointment. Our friendly technician Gary Teeter arrived promptly on time and went to work right away. To make sure our wooden floor was not damaged, he covered the floor with a large mat. He then cheerfully went about his business and promptly solved the problem. He later took the time to make sure there were no leaks and tested the appliance. Gary is a great guy and a great worker. We strongly recommend him. "Initially was pleased. They arrived on time, promptly climbed on roof to clean the wall dryer vent. I asked the gentleman inside if I could vacuum behind the dryer when he had it pulled out and he said he was going to do that as part of the service. They finished and said goodbye as they left. I then looked behind the washer, thinking I would vacuum there too. I was surprised to notice that the area behind the dryer need vacuuming as well. After pulling the dryer out to get behind it, I noticed that the metal dryer exhaust tubing from the dryer to the wall had a large crimp in it, reducing the diameter by at least half, so decided to replace it. After unscrewing the clamps holding the tubing to the wall, I discovered that the inside of dryer vent tubing was heavily covered with lint. After removing the metal from the back of the dryer, I saw that the dryer exit connector was also full of lint so I grabbed my vacuum and cleaned the dryer and back of dryer vent by myself, then attached the new metal from the dryer to the wall. The wall portion of the dryer vent did look to be clean. I looked inside the dryer, and that still had lint on the screen, so cleaned that as best I could by myself. So I believe they only did half of the service promised. I'm glad it was the part I could not do by myself, the wall/roof part, but by leaving all that lint in the rest of the system I believe I still was at risk. On their website, they show their technician cleaning the interior of the dryer area and show a dryer exhaust tubing full of lint in flames, so I believe any reasonable person would expect these areas to be cleaned with this service. I took pictures to document the lint left behind. I also wish they would have told me about the crimp in my exhaust tubing. So I really can't recommend this service."
