After the professional serviced my distillate pump and then said he would blow nitrogen through the exit tube, the results were very temporary. After I replaced the pump (gaining, perhaps, only light to show there was still a problem), I determined that the line was totally blocked. Not yet sure how I will replace, as I am too old and heavy for attic crawling; have a length of reinforced clear tubing set to arrive tomorrow. I think heat and 18years melted the old tube shut."

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
