"I really was not very pleased with my experience with Erzebet Cleaning Services.  Erzebet was very nice and very responsive to my inquiry to come out and do an estimate.  I was very clear that I was looking for a DEEP, thorough cleaning as I was moving into a foreclosed condo that had not been so well cared for and had been sitting for quite a while.  She ensured me that she would send 2 ladies out who would do a very detailed cleaning in an 8 hour day for $350 I believe.
Keep in mind that all the walls and floors had been repainted, refinished and all tile work had been deep cleaned by another vendor just before they came, so the main things were a lot of dust everywhere, dirty appliances, lighting fixtures, bathroom fixtures and built in closets.  A lot of work for sure, but pretty basic cleaning.
Once I saw the results, I immediately found lots of areas that had not been touched or were inadequately cleaned.  I took pictures and sent to Erzebet and she was very understanding and responsive and without hesitation she agreed to send out a team again to address the issues.
After the re-clean, I was mostly satisfied with the results.  However, Erzebet then tells me that it was so dirty and they spent so much time that she would need to charge me $700!
I was sympathetic to the amount of time her team spent on the place and agreed to pay $500, but frankly, the job should've been done at least 95% right on the first day.  Perhaps she quoted too low, or perhaps they were not very efficient- not sure.  All I know i I was left feeling kinda ripped off and not at all interested in having them back.
