No signs of any the next day. Cameron returned the day we scheduled and found no activity. He then caulked the area they were coming in and there has been no activity since. Here's the thing, on that first day he was out, we walked over a portion of my yard to get to inspect the nest...when he returned the next day, he found a second nest that popped up literally overnight in the portion of the yard we had walked over.
