They and their crew brought in multiple dryers and worked through the weekend to completely dry out the basement and main floor bathroom from a frozen water line break. They clearly knew what they were doing and I would estimate that they saved the insurance company thousands of dollars in additional cost by getting the house dried quickly and completely.
