In a confined area he installed a sump pump and dehumidifier where there wasn't one, So it wasn't easy. Then he completely remediated the mold issue. "The guys came 30 minutes early, and had to wait for us!  They came in, saw what we needed to have done, measured the rug areas and asks what other services we needed like which furniture to move etc. They provided us with a quote and then started working. One guy steamed cleaned, one moved furniture  and kept the vacuum and water hose away from walls furniture so it was easily to be moved through the house.  After cleaning a section, they would move back the furniture and place protective material under the feet so there was no marking.  They pretreated high traffic areas and any spots or stains they found and then cleaned the rugs.  The rugs were cleaned very well and looked great.   The men were helpful, friendly, courteous and worked diligently.   We had used this company in the past and it was great to see that the quality was the same!    I will have them back! <br /> <br />"
