"This is a home we are renting and wanted to clean the carpet before we moved in fully. We had already moved some furniture in. Mr Ronnell and his team arrived on time. They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. Definitely will use them again and infact, I referred them to a couple family members who were searching for the service they offered."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "The provider was late. I understand that problems arise. But a call would have been nice.  We had area rugs cleaned in the living room, dining room, family room, dinette area and some runners. The process was extremely fast. But the carpets were soaked. It took 3 days for them to dry and we ended up having to put the runners outside and in the garage to get them dry. We were worried about the hardwood floors under the area rugs being damaged from so much water. 
We have done the carpets ourselves in the past with a rental machine. Within 3-4 hours the rugs were dry to the touch and cleaner. As it stands, many of the stain areas seem worse now, only 4 months later.
