"Kitchen and bathroom vanity painting: Sr. Martinez spent over 2 days meticulously covering everything that wasn't supposed to be painted with paper and/or plastic. I had other estimates that said they would roll/brush the cabinets, but for $$$ extra they could spray them. Fernando sprayed them at a cost less than some brush/roll estimates I got. The cabinets were sanded, got two coats of oil primer, and then the next day two coats of the finish paint. They dried overnight and then the hardware was attached and the doors and drawers installed. He even came out on Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. I highly recommend!"

After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. "First contact with this company was with John Martin. He came to our house and noted all work to be done then gave us an estimate. John was very easy to work with and helped with some ideas I was unsure of. He explained the whole timeline of the job. We were able to have the job started quite promptly, the first day Courtney met us at the house and introduced us to Eder Neito our painter. She also checked the paint colours to make sure we were right. Through the whole process John kept checking back via text. Both he and Courtney also came to the house to check on the work. They installed the posts at a deeper depth and also cemented them at the base. 2x6's were used for the walls and secured to the posts with 3/8 x 3" galvanized lag bolts. will hire them for other projects. Work was done in a very short time. All debris was cleaned up after. extremely pleased with the quality and aesthetics of the work done."

We went from an old washed out and yellowed old white paint to a beautiful Shaker Beige. The result was a dramatic improvement. <br /> The wood at the bottom of the threshold on the back door had come loose so Billy removed the wood scraped it clean then reattached and caulked it in properly then repainted the entire door frame. "Stained a new deck. Repaired and painted rotted fascia and painted the garage door and area above. Everything was done well. Mr. Medina recommended Sherwin-Williams for the deck stain. The stain ended up looking more like paint than stain. I am stuck with the stain since I will not pay to have it stripped and restained. Also, the deck developed white spots all over it. I called Mr. Medina about the white spots and he stated that he didn’t know what caused it and there probably was not anything that he could do. He did agree to come out and look at the issue but he never did. I’ve been told, by someone else, that it might be sap or preservative from the wood and that it would eventually go away. I have waited to see and it is disappearing. I am very pleased with Mr. Medina’s work but not his knowledge of stain."

"We started out using the company for a small interior drywall repair job and were so pleased with the work that we decided to ask for an estimate on painting the exterior of our house as well as some general remodeling (replacing a threshold). <br /> I needed help in choosing a color for our home (it is 50 years old and was an ugly dark brown), and they presented me with several color combinations for the brick, siding and trim. I was able to easily choose from those, and found a beautiful color combination. <br /> Tim Teters explained the steps that he would perform (cleaning and prepping) so that I could understand what he was doing and where he was in the process before we began. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was clear on what circumstances could affect the estimate (i.e. rotted wood replacement, etc.). The final cost was extremely close to the original estimate, and I was always consulted before any additional work was done and any additional costs incurred-which were minimal. <br /> The crew who worked on our home was professional, polite and knowledgeable. They were punctual, friendly and conscientious and wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the work as it was progressing. They did a beautiful job in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. They kept things cleaned up and uncluttered during the job, and attended to small details to make sure that everything looked the way we wanted.
