"Earlier this year, Mario and his team at One New Creation finished a full renovation on a shotgun double in New Orleans. This was an extensive project that took over a year to complete. It involved extensive repairs and remodeling to all systems of the house: carpentry, roofing, foundation work, reducing chimneys, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and completely remodeling a kitchen. To add to the complexity, this was all supervised remotely, via FaceTime and periodic visits, from my current home in Boston. Bottom line is that Marioâ s work was impeccable. I was kept fully informed of the progress of the project. When inevitable unpleasant surprises involving rot and age occurred, Mario was straightforward in addressing it. His suggestions regarding both style and substance decisions was always useful. His attention to period detail in an old house was excellent.
