We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors! Have already recommended them to a friend. Will continue doing so & will definitely use them on future projects."

From the first meeting, Rich laid out a clear and reasonably priced plan of action, and took his time answering our questions. This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed.
