"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"From the estimator who came to my home to customer service and the Foreman (Mr. Williams), Everything was professional and far exceeded the price. I love that my property is now considered a focal point because of the vinyl fencing installed by South Star Fence LLC. When installed properly, a fence can increase the value and security of a property. Better than any no trespassing sign, but at the same time, no trespassing. South Star Fencing, LLC, listens to your concerns and comes up with superb solutions. When I purchased my home in 2018, a neighbor informed me that many previous owners of my home tried in vain to have a fence installed, but since my rear yard was pitched downward, the only fence that could be installed was an aluminum chain link fence. "The past few years we have completed a fair number of renovations around our house. During this time, we have come across business that have been criminal (stole our $$), been ok, better than average and exceptional. I can honestly say Fence & Deck Connection falls in the EXCEPTIONAL category. Our journey with F&D began with me filling out their online forum. Jeff W soon emailed me back and we set up an appt. Our sales person was Kevin B and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answered our questions. He even replied to emails outside normal working hours. When he left one felt confident that the work that was to be done was going to be done to a very high standard. What really surprised me was the price. We had quotes form 3 other businesses, and they were not really that close. 1 was close but the contract was vague, so not well put together like F&D. I talked to Kevin about time to get the fence installed, he stated 2-4 weeks. I explained we had been told timeframes from other salesmen, then you put down the deposit and unexpectantly, the time frame given was much longer. He assured me that was not the case and put me in touch with Cheryl T. Superb lady to chat with and she assured me they had been meeting that 2-4-week window, even in their busier parts of the season. True to her word, once we signed the contract and put down the deposit via credit card (which happened quickly) the fence was installed in 13 days. They (Kevin and Cheryl) listened to that timeline concern and got the job done exceptionally well, just exceptional customer service. The appointed production manager for the install of the fence was Francisco C. To no surprise another outstanding gentleman. He came to the house at the arranged time and we walked through the process again, laid out the fence with flags (so one does not have to be home on install day) Again answered my questions, went over what takes place on Install day, just an outstanding fellow. Day of the fence install, the crew of 3 and Francisco should up around 0830 and quickly got to work. I have cameras all around my house and I checked up on their progress throughout the day and I can attest that these 3-gentleman worked very effectively and were very proud of their work. I was amazed that they were about to complete the whole fence in 1 day. So fast is good, but how did it look? Amazing, super straight, level and sturdy. Very impressive work. I would like to thank Jeff W, Kevin B, Cheryl T and Francisco C and the fence crew for an outstanding experience. They all listened to our concerns/questions and not once did they drop the ball. Sorry for this lengthy review, I feel if a company takes the time to provide quality service, the least I can do is take the time to write a review. I know this review may sound too positive, but it truly has been an exceptional experience from start to finish."

"Jim was great to work with from start to finish. We did an entire interior remodel on an older home. Jim made great suggestions along the way, and designed everything using software that he shared with us, enabling us to see exactly how the layout would work, before starting anything. Despite doing the project during all the 2020 supply chain disruptions with materials, Jim finished on time. The quality was unbelievable. If you want an honest contractor with integrity and a ton of experience, Jim is your guy. His price was more than reasonable. Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with a lot!"

"Brad was very professional. He showed up when he said he would for the quote, listened to what I wanted and gave me several estimates. The price I paid in the end was the price he quoted me, no surprises. The crew worked very hard during hot weather to install my split rail fence and it looks beautiful. He kept me informed during the process of when we was ordering materials or when something didn't go as planned; however, the project finished on time despite some bad weather. Many other fence contractors I contacted either gave me very high quotes or poor customer service. Some didn't even return my calls! I highly recommend Brad from Breathtaking Homes."
