"I've had a problem with water in my ceiling for a long time and assumed it was the roof. I've had my builder and another roofer fix the problem but it kept coming back. Today, Zach from Van Martin came out to look at the issue. After climbing on the roof and inspecting the area, he said the roof looked fine from above. He then looked in the attic and determined that the problem was not the roof and suggested I obtain HVAC services to look at the plumbing in the attic. I'm really grateful that he didn't just assume it was a problem with the vent stack. Customer Service was quick and effortless and there was no charge for coming out to look at it . "Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldnâ t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of itâ s useful life. "Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."
