"Wow.  These folks are the best.  Professional, courteous and do a fantastic job.  I DO NOT like wet or steam cleaning.  So this was the second time I used Whitman's dry cleaning.  We have a quality wool carpet that just needs an annual dry clean, and they did the job perfectly.  The process is really cool (and environmentally correct :) and the carpet (which is over 20 years old, BTW) looks brand new.  Chris brought his son Seth with him.  What a professional in the making.  I can't say enough about the service, quality and end result.  I will use them forever!"

When I called I got their machine, I didn't get a call back on a Monday after leaving a message the Thursday before but they were available the following Wednesday and sent a young guy named Alex. He did a wonderful job. I was hesitant because I didn't think a carpet cleaning company would've done dryer vents. He first approached it from the outside and set up a line through the vent to clear it. He went back in with a shop vac to vacuum everything up. He also did the same process from the inside. Since the process makes a lot of dust he went over everything with the shop vac again. He also mentioned the washer/dryer were set a little bit too back against the wall and moved them up by an inch or two. He also charged me the initial said amount. It was all good. I'm just really pleased because a lot of people are backed up to do this type of work right now and I didn't feel safe to use my dryer because of all the built up lint."

"We used Premier Performance to have our carpets cleaned in January 2023. I was almost hesitant to get them cleaned, even though it's recommended by the carpet manufacturer, because other carpet cleaning companies have tended to be rough on the carpets and sometimes leave a film afterwards (kind of crunchy). We just got new carpet 18 months prior and splurged for high end, extra plush. Jason at Premier called back within a day or so of getting our request through Angi, talked all about the types of products they use and asked questions about the type of carpet we have so that he could make sure to be prepared when arriving. He got us in within a week, arrived on time, was knowledgeable about his work and was probably the most enthusiastic person I've ever met when talking about carpets and carpet cleaning :) As far as I could tell it was a job well done. Carpet remained soft after cleaning and smelled clean with no stains. Would recommend!"
