"Our family hired MAC Group to correct items found on a structural report we had completed prior to placing our 50 year old family home on the market. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "I called because my furnace wasn't heating the house. They came a day or so later. After I called I noticed water on the floor of the laundry room where the furnace, washer, and hot water heater are located.  When the repairman came, he replaced a furnace part which fixed the heating problem.  He said the water problem was not related to the furnace.   This repairman only dealt with HVAC problems so the company would need to send a plumber to address the water issue.   A few days later two plumbers came and identified the washer's water hoses as the source of the water leak.  They also examined the hot water tank because it had a tiny leak . They showed me where it was rusting and advised me to replace it.  Since the tank was at least 18 years old, I decided to replace it.  Overall I was satisfied with the service and the charges for the repairs. <br /> . <br />"
