"We originally hired them to do some work with the toilet in the Master Bath which they accomplished in record time. We were informed that the pipes used in our house were substandard and prone to leaking so we decided to have the whole house re-piped as well as replacing the Hot Water Heater and all new shut off valves. They completed the job in two days. The staff were very courteous and professional. Part of the job was to repair the drywall that had been cut open all over the house. NOTE: It does NOT include repainting the drywall, you are on your own for that. My hearing must have been bad when they were quoting the project. The drywall repair guy came the next day, which happened to be a Friday. He repaired all of the holes and did an outstanding job. This is where things got frustrating. In order to repair piping they had to remove the Refrigerator and the dishwasher so they were just pushed out of the way in the kitchen. While the refrigerator was plugged in, it was not hooked up to a water supply. When we asked the drywall guy when they would return to re-install both of those appliances he said they would be there on Monday morning. While it was inconvenient to have to wait for the weekend not much we could do about it. So Monday came and went with no word from Aztec Plumbing. Most of Tuesday went by and still no word. So I called the office and got passed around a couple of times and finally was given to someone who told me that it wouldn't be until Friday before they could reconnect the appliances. This was unacceptable that it would take a week to come and reconnect two appliances which would be a 15 minute job and if I hadn't been in a wheelchair I would have done it myself. So to re-cap: Very good job. Very good employees. Very poor communication and poor customer service once they were basically done with the job and had already gotten paid. So, yes I would recommend them as the work they do is outstanding, but make sure you completely understand the scope of what they are quoting and a specific timeline."

"AWESOME! I love this company! We had the pool completely renovated in 2016 by Sunsation Pools. Pool has been losing water for many months since a complete pool renovation (new coping, tile, pavers, marcrete, skimmer, light, drain...etc) (I will review that company another time) - trying to figure out if it was a problem or evaporation. I finally decided to call FL Leak Locators and they found 2 leaks which caused us to lose about 1/2 a day. FIXED IT! The pool was checked from top to bottom! The leaks were hard to find (the renovation company did not properly seal) I can't be happier! Best money I ever spent! "Transformers Building and Remodeling came to my house within a week after calling. Although I tried to connect with another group first, they were essentially non-responsive and wasted months of time. Nick and John came out, analyzed my problems, and we decided to replace the entire shower system. I believe the shower was original and therefore, over 20 years in age. After coming out and completing a thorough inspection, within a very brief period of time I was promptly provided with Transformer's estimate. I thought it was a little high but I was told of the quantity and quality of work to be done and quality of materials to be used. I was impressed that they always use Schluter waterproofing systems. I essentially let Nick pick out the tiles for me and I provided the exterior wall paint color. During this process I was very impressed with Nick getting and staying in touch with me, informing me by phone, text and email. With everything completed but final glass installation, I love the work that has been completed. Plumbing fixtures are high quality, the shower tile is beautiful with multi-color tiles around, above and below the shower head. They had to do extra work for my steel drain. I also asked them to paint the balance of my master bathroom area and it also looks great. They also have come back out to spot-check and do some extra things for me!!! In conclusion, I was impressed by the manner in which Transformers' does business. They kept me informed throughout the process, they do high quality work by using very qualified individuals, and asked for money be paid in draws and only as work is completed. One time I wrote a check and asked Nick to pick it up and he said not until the phase of work is completed. I would also like to stress the fact that this company is very busy doing big projects but they got mine done in a reasonable time frame for me. As I said earlier, another group basically lied to me, would not contact me and never came out."

"PlumbingToday Mr. Lewis Johnson: After a lot of research, crunching numbers, and talking to our neighbor we decided to combine our electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning preventative maintenance programs by selecting one company that provides all three services. That company has three entities under one roof. Our first visit by the plumbing side of the organization was today with Mr. Lewis Johnson coming to the house. Mr. Johnson was very professional and has a friendly personality. We briefed Mr. Johnson that our home was remodeled six years ago, which involved all of the homes plumbing, we only had two known issues for Mr. Johnson to give an extra look during his initial inspection of our plumbing. After doing a thorough inspection of all our plumbing, which included a pressure test on our outside line Mr. Johnson provided input on what is entailed to address our two issues. As well, Mr. Johnson provided me additional instructions on how to “flush” instead of “emptying” our hot water heater next month, which we had been emptying completely to remove the sediment at the bottom of the heater. Mr. Johnson, before leaving, provided an estimate on a water pressure issue and provided an inspection report that included pictures of the areas inspected. We have one more estimate coming regarding a fixture that needs repair and their ability to communicate via email is very professional and allows the consumer to setup an electronic filling system regarding work to be performed. Based on the visit from the plumbing side of this organization we continue to be pleased that we decided to put our home electrical-plumbing-A/C preventative maintenance program under the care of one company."
