"Things I loved - no up-charge for having a weekend emergency. The gentleman who came was on time and very polite. Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. Assuming the work all holds up beyond a day or two, it seemingly will have been fine work quality. But it all seems good and it was in the end a very fair price - and I would call them again."

"This plumbing operation is trustworthy and efficient from the getgo to the invoice. Hurricane Milton destroyed our outdoor shower enclosure. It smashed the plumbing fixtures. I called Richard's Plumbing and Barbara set up a service call right away. Ericson texted before his arrival and he was courteous and professional from the time he arrived to the time he departed. First he gave me a reasonable estimate. I OKed it. He had all the plumbing parts in the truck. The work was done to perfection and cleaned up. The final cost came in low on the estimate range. "The problem was there was no water, hot or cold, coming out of the shower. .Aztec plumbing called me back quickly and sent a plumber out the next day. He arrived on time, got right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the shower controller cartridge and all works fine now. He was here 45 minutes and the cost was $277, which was a typical cost from a plumbing company. I would hire from this company again.."

"We are extremely pleased with our shower installation. Our home was built in 1947 and the plumbing was horrible. Ocala Baths rerouted the plumbing and installed the new shower. Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. In these days and times we find very few companies we can give this high a recommendation for!"
