I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. But after a week and a half of consistent effort on our part, they did not deliver a bid. They made several promises of "later today," and "tomorrow." But still nothing.
