"On my initial communication with JHOSS PLUMBING, I really experienced a great rapport. I was very pleased with his ability to listen attentively, act quickly and his ability to make the necessary connections with the third party to ensure scheduling for the Generator Inspection. I applaud Jeff's quick action and his skills to perform the duties to get the job done. I highly recommend Jeff w/JHOSS PLUMBING SERVICES for Inspections of your gas line and making quick connections with third parties to meet deadlines. I give him more than the average of 5 starts because of the aforementioned. Well worth the money!! â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸"

"Added a sump pump to cellar steps. Had to delay one day due to weather, called to explain and set up for next day. He was prompt and communicated very well."

"It was great. Leon Abbott was very professional. Gave me a quote and the next day returned with all that was needed to complete the repairs. Answered all my questions and left every area he worked in clean."

"The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."

"He showed up on time and completed the faucet replacement in about an hour. No problems."

"Our service technician was David. He arrived earlier than expected and went straight to work. Our new pump was installed in less than one hour. We were pleased with the work. He came after hours 6:30pm and did not charge an exorbitant fee. He was pleasant and very informative when asked questions. If there was a topic he was not familiar with he answer "I'm not sure". I like reliable companies with professional employees. We had another plumber come earlier and wanted to charge us $452 dollars for a 1/2 HP pump that cost on average $242, $200 for accessories for installation (I paid $276 taxes included for pump and accessories), labor charge to go and pick up the pump and to install the pump. His price $1252. I was told that it was considered an emergency so that is why the price was so high. This was the morning two days after the flood. After we got the pump we called several times and no response as of yet, He's off my list completely. I share this illustration so that buyers can make educated decisions about how best to spend their money. I don't assume that the plumber whose charges were 50% higher than anyone else I called on Angies List. I simply say do your homework and know what is considered a fair price. Thank you Jerry's Heating and Plumbing. You do excellent work in a timely fashion!"

"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."
