All you have to do is use their OdorWizard to get detailed instructions on how to permanently eliminate your specific odor problem.  The key is to follow the instructions EXACTLY!!  <br /> I decided to try this product because it is all natural and safe for animals & humans(especially ones sensitive to harsh chemicals), to my surprise it worked better than I thought it would.  I did have to treat some areas more than once, but no odor has returned and it has been almost a year since I eliminated the cat urine odor on my wood sub floor. <br /> I have 3 cats & 2 dogs who only have accidents on the carpet.....the tile floor stays totally clean(wish it was the other way around).  I now use OdorXit to eliminate new odors caused by pet messes.  <br /> An added bonus is that OdorXit actually lifts the stains as well!!!!
