The subsequent consultation generated a detailed estimate/proposal for the five projects listed above. Work was then scheduled for a week later. After asking a few questions, he pretty much diagnosed the issue and assured me he would be out Saturday morning. He even went as far as to explain what his visit would entail and also provided us with an approximate repair cost.
