"We have been planning our bathroom remodel for a couple of years, waiting for the right time. This spring, we kicked off the project by getting multiple estimates from various Angie's list contractors. We narrowed down to three contractors due to reviews, pictures, prior jobs and other research. Kurt provided a detailed estimate covering each aspect of the job, down to a line item of installing towel rods. This was appreciated for many reasons: 1-It showed each item that we requested. 2-each item had associated costs so we could include/exclude the service as we needed to maintain our budget. 3-He listened to what we said and got it. 4-The estimate was broken down into separate aspects. Demolition, installing/sealing sheetrock/etc, tiling, etc. This gave us better insight into how detailed the project was to be managed. When the project got underway, Kurt asked questions, provided feedback, and kept us informed. He never told us how we should "design/decorate" the bathroom. Unless we asked for his opinion, he provided options. When we asked his opinion, he provided reasoning. When it was subjective, he was always diplomatic. We have gone through a number of renovations and it is always stressful. Kurt and his wife (boss) Sherry were always pleasant and really made it as stressless as possible. Kurt stands behind his work and always made sure we were happy with his progress and performance. I would recommend Kurt without reservation. His attention to detail and easy going personality were greatly appreciated."

"We originally hired them to do some work with the toilet in the Master Bath which they accomplished in record time. We were informed that the pipes used in our house were substandard and prone to leaking so we decided to have the whole house re-piped as well as replacing the Hot Water Heater and all new shut off valves. They completed the job in two days. The staff were very courteous and professional. Part of the job was to repair the drywall that had been cut open all over the house. NOTE: It does NOT include repainting the drywall, you are on your own for that. My hearing must have been bad when they were quoting the project. The drywall repair guy came the next day, which happened to be a Friday. He repaired all of the holes and did an outstanding job. This is where things got frustrating. In order to repair piping they had to remove the Refrigerator and the dishwasher so they were just pushed out of the way in the kitchen. While the refrigerator was plugged in, it was not hooked up to a water supply. When we asked the drywall guy when they would return to re-install both of those appliances he said they would be there on Monday morning. While it was inconvenient to have to wait for the weekend not much we could do about it. So Monday came and went with no word from Aztec Plumbing. Most of Tuesday went by and still no word. So I called the office and got passed around a couple of times and finally was given to someone who told me that it wouldn't be until Friday before they could reconnect the appliances. This was unacceptable that it would take a week to come and reconnect two appliances which would be a 15 minute job and if I hadn't been in a wheelchair I would have done it myself. So to re-cap: Very good job. Very good employees. Very poor communication and poor customer service once they were basically done with the job and had already gotten paid. So, yes I would recommend them as the work they do is outstanding, but make sure you completely understand the scope of what they are quoting and a specific timeline."

"My Kinetico system has been in for a month now.  I have been very satisfied with softness of my water and the great taste.  It makes cleaning so much easier when the water is not hard.  All of the employees have been so nice.  They are true professionals, starting with the salesman to scheduling personnel to the installation men.  The installation men always wore shoe coverings so they did not bring in dirt and ask my opinion on everything they did.  They left my house with nothing out of place.  My experience was perfect and so is my water!"

"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. They also tried to sell me a service policy which I did not need, since I live in a new home which is covered by a warranty."

".Doug Kennedy arranged delivery of a new hot water heater one day after my order was placed. He arrived on that day as promised, at the time he said he would arrive to do the installation. He worked in a timely manner and did an excellent install. He kept the area clean as he worked and removed all debris when he finished. I would recommend Doug's work.
