Including taking the time to cover your floors to prevent damage; and each day prior to leaving, he actually cleans up after himself, using his shop vacuum. We really appreciated the way he broke down the job into sections; for his estimates and our payments. That way he insured things were done to our satisfaction all along the way. When we ran into decorating choices, Kurt was good offering excellent suggestions. We are so thrilled with the final transformation for both of our bathrooms. "We originally hired them to do some work with the toilet in the Master Bath which they accomplished in record time. We were informed that the pipes used in our house were substandard and prone to leaking so we decided to have the whole house re-piped as well as replacing the Hot Water Heater and all new shut off valves. They completed the job in two days. The staff were very courteous and professional. Part of the job was to repair the drywall that had been cut open all over the house. NOTE: It does NOT include repainting the drywall, you are on your own for that. My hearing must have been bad when they were quoting the project. The drywall repair guy came the next day, which happened to be a Friday. He repaired all of the holes and did an outstanding job. This is where things got frustrating. In order to repair piping they had to remove the Refrigerator and the dishwasher so they were just pushed out of the way in the kitchen. While the refrigerator was plugged in, it was not hooked up to a water supply. When we asked the drywall guy when they would return to re-install both of those appliances he said they would be there on Monday morning. While it was inconvenient to have to wait for the weekend not much we could do about it. So Monday came and went with no word from Aztec Plumbing. Most of Tuesday went by and still no word. So I called the office and got passed around a couple of times and finally was given to someone who told me that it wouldn't be until Friday before they could reconnect the appliances. This was unacceptable that it would take a week to come and reconnect two appliances which would be a 15 minute job and if I hadn't been in a wheelchair I would have done it myself. So to re-cap: Very good job. Very good employees. Very poor communication and poor customer service once they were basically done with the job and had already gotten paid. So, yes I would recommend them as the work they do is outstanding, but make sure you completely understand the scope of what they are quoting and a specific timeline."

"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."

"I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. "They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.
