"I was very happy with the quality of service provided by Affordable Radon Services when they installed a sump pump. It was done quickly with a thorough clean up afterwards. The price was also very reasonable."

"We had a sewer line leak, a sump pump replacement, an outdoor faucet replacement, a tub drain repair and expansion sleeves installed on vertical sewer pipes. Anthony was very knowledgable and helpful. Everything fixed and I would hire Flatirons again.."

"Jay immediately answered my inquiry and provided same-day service. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and got the job done fast. His pricing was much better and service was faster than going through the big brand companies. I am incredibly satisfied and will be keeping Jay's card around for future plumbing repair needs."

"By far the best plumbing experience we’ve had so far in Denver. They came out the same day, didn’t charge a visit fee and provided a competitive no-obligation quote. On top of that, Chris was fantastic to work with, super friendly and took the time to explain each step of the work prior to performing it. I truly feel like I better understand the inner workings of my house after having him out. Fixed our ice maker box, installed our pre-purchased whole house filter, and threw in a complimentary toilet pump replacement. We’ve had several different companies out recently, most far more expensive, one slightly cheaper, but this was the first appointment where I wasn’t handed a tablet with financing options pre-generated. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again."

"This guy was prompt and super professional. Gave me clear options. Didn’t get that “persuade or sell” vibe. Just did the job well. Recommend! I’ll keep this number for sure."

"There were traffic and accidents so he came after the scheduled appointment time by about 20 minutes. He kept having to leave to get more tools. At one point there was a young woman in his van just sitting there in my culdesac for at least half an hour while he worked. He let my glass front door slam shut each time he came in or out. At one point the handle fell off, which it often does, but he jammed it back together improperly so my husband and I had to pry that apart to be able to put it back on so that our door would close again. He left the parts that he cut out of the main line in our basement instead of taking them out with him when we actually had a dumpster in the driveway that he could have easily used. He didn't introduce himself or who he was with when he came up. My husband opened the door and said hi, this guy said hi, and then he asked to see where the back up was. He said that our main line inside our house needed to be replaced so we're getting a second opinion on that but the line is no longer backing up into the bathroom or the basement so he did do what he needed to for the call but I wish he had cleaned up after himself. He also parked improperly, sticking out from our driveway for the whole time he was here when he should have parked against the curb so as not to block any of my neighbors. No one had trouble getting in or out that I've been told but there was no reason for him to park like that when there was space available."

"Service tech arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and then replaced the sumo pump and waited until it had fully drained the sump pit. Overall excellent work!"

"This is a great company! The owner, Tyler, is very professional, good follow up and communication throughout the bidding and the work performed. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job. He replaced my entire sewer line. The work was exactly as he described in his proposal, finished in one day and at a reasonable cost."

"They had to cancel the appointment so they waived the service fee for the next day. The plumber quickly found I had a defective part and recommended replacing it. They also gave me an estimate for a different project while on site."
