"We had new windows installed January 2023 and ran into a problem with the window company completing our bay window standing seam metal roof that we requested. After over two months of waiting, I contacted Bill Jackson at Bill Jackson Roofing to see if he could get the roof completed. Bill came out right away and the roof was installed the following week. The installers were very professional and were very concerned that our design needs were met. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our bay window standing seam metal roof and the quality of work performed by Bill Jackson Roofing. "Excellent salesman, Dane Ohly. Excellent recommendation form roofer for repair with a rubber roof on the top and matching shingles for lower roof levels.
Roofing was quickly and neatly performed. Roofers were using some inappropriate language while roofing. I had renters in the home and they had children.
Overall excellent results. No leaks so far.
