We decided to get the yearly maintenance plan which was very reasonable. He also replaced our irrigation timer with a smart timer and programmed it. He changed all my doorknobs in my home, rekeying the front door, hung storage organizers in my garage, and touched up walls damaged from installation of plantation shutters.
