He tested it and although the drain ran freely he said something is not right and took the pipes apart to find even more grease within the pipe. He gave me a lot of preventative tips as well. "It went very well. The drain backed up several months ago. Plumbing plus cleared it then. When it backed up again recently they followed the clearing with a video inspection. The drain had a flaw from the original house construction. Scott analyzed the problem and knew how to fix it. Scott and Jarod efficiently replaced the bad joint with a free flowing elbow. They cut a clean hole in my driveway. Dug down to the pipe and replaced the bad joint. All that shows is a very neat concrete rectangular patch in my driveway. Good job! Pete"

"The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and very patient taking time to answer my questions regarding what I should be doing as a homeowner to maintain my system. <br /> He started by sticking his head in the opening of my attic to look at the ducts & assessed what could/should be replaced. Then he inspected my AC unit, assessed its age and "state", opened the electrical panel to review the wiring, checked the refrigerant/flow and explained the basics of maintenance. We ended up going inside to look at the air filter and while their he conducted a similar inspection on my furnace. While my AC was running he used a surface thermometer to read temps at several of my registers. He took the time to explain how to clean my coil with a hose from the outside of the condenser and to take care not to use too high pressure. <br /> In the end he made suggestions feel genuine and not like some high pressure sales tactic. "First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I&#39;m sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I&#39;m sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"
