"Overall, the job went very well. Aaron was the supervisor and was able to expedite my job to a window in his schedule that no other contractors were able to accommodate. There was a nice week between storms that he got his crew in to remove the old tiles, clean up, perform inspections and get the new materials installed. There was a minor glitch in the removal part of the job (a rain gutter was damaged), but Aaron handled it exceptionally. At the end of the job, I asked Aaron to take my phone camera onto the roof and take pictures, since I can't get up there myself to inspect. He provided excellent photos of all the critical areas of the roof, louvers, pipe outlets, etc. He even provided photos of the chimney stucco that shows extreme weather damage, so I can show them to the next (stucco) contractor for that upcoming job. He offered me a few options and also asked me if there were anything specific I wanted done. I basically described what I wanted and he curtailed his bid to what I was looking for at the best price. "California Roof Experts are exceptional when it comes to professionalism, promptness, quality of work, efficient, and great people. After getting quotes from other roofers, we hired California Roof Experts because they were the one that was very knowledgeable of the type of roof we have. We had leaks all over our home and Diego who came and assessed our issue gave us a thorough assessment of our roof and did not try to over sell. Diego told us that the repairs were significant but not enough to warrant a new roof. He gave us the low down of what they will need to do to repair our leaks. "Magdelano and his crew were some of the most professional installers I have ever hired. He was there everyday to supervise the work being preformed. Taking off an old roof and installing a new one is a messy business. Valley Oaks Roofing & Repairs did an incredible job cleaning up each and every day. Not a nail or staple to be found on the ground. Value-wise I think Magdelano and his crew do a great job at a very reasonable price point. Our entire roof was removed and replaced within a week, including painting and replacing hundreds of feet of facia that contained dry rot.
