The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

They were honest from the beginning with a price around half of the next cheapest bid with the same materials. We had a fair amount of mold and wood rot on our decking so most of the plywood needed replacing. Alan didn't try to make the damage seem worse than it was and gave us a very reasonable estimate on new plywood. One of the guys from a different company was offering to buy me a beer because the mold was "sooo severe" and he was sorry for me. Alan gave us a recommendation on a mold company who actually ended up saying it wasn't too bad. The roof replacement itself was great. The workers were nice, respectful and really fast. "I would so, so recommend TJ Roofing. I have learned to get three estimates, especially for house repairs. TJs was the first company to look at the issues with my garage. My next door neighbor was the person who told me and showed me the problems and told me I needed repairs. I was very pleased with TJ...friendly manner. He gave me an estimate but I looked around for more estimates, since I have learned to get three estimates. The second roofing company to come was Christian's roofing.
