"I highly recommend Concrete Genie! The owner, Eddie, is very good about giving a quick response. I found him on Angie's List. I put in a request for a bid on a new concrete patio late one night and Eddie gave me a call first thing in the morning to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. Most concrete companies I would try to get a hold of never would get back to me. I was given a written estimate the same day he came out. He was very thorough and explained everything. He said he could start working on it in two to three weeks. I was shocked when he came out a week after I signed the contract with him to start working on the patio. It took them about a day in a half to get it ready to pour the concrete and poured the concrete that evening after the prep work was done even when the temperature was 100 degrees. Eddie then came out a week later to seal the patio. Very impressed with Eddie and his crew! We were going to put in a new deck, but are very happy we decided to put in a patio instead. We love our new patio!"

"The concrete was fine. They did a good job with what our project asked of them. Our biggest concern was them not hurting our retaining wall that was in place and they were able to work around it. But the customer service was not what I expected. While they were initially responsive and seemed helpful, it ended up making more work for us. Their team left garbage and piles of dirt concrete in our yard. We let them know and they came and cleaned up the some concrete piles but left their garbage including an empty cigarette pack in our yard. I let them know they did not clean everything up and they stopped replying to me. My husband had to spend a couple of hours the following weekend moving the excess dirt they left and picking up trash."
