"They came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. Nick the technician was great! Did a thorough job and was fast. Gave us options and explained everything clearly. Even looked at a drain leak and didn't charge us. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 for the value for the money is based on how long it took to do the project, the hourly rate is like well over $300. But I guess that's just the plumbing business. If you have to hire a professional, it's gonna cost. Other than that, I would highly recommend these guys and should we have plumbing issues again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them."

I also just prucahsed a new jole and they helped me go trhoigh the ossuss called out in the inspection to let me know what should be taken caee of sooner rather than later. They have been amazing every time. Everyone is very kind and straight forward about the work that does and doesn't need to be done at that moment. "Couldn’t figure out why was not flushing correctly, but when you have kids anything as possible. My guy came over and did everything he could assessing the situation and to find out, it was actually inside the toilet and not in the pipe. Everything was broken down, completely cleaned out. He even ran back out to the store to get me the exact seal that I needed to remount the toilet at no extra cost to me. But as always, you hook your people up when they do a good job. Cleaned up after himself very friendly, and very communicative of what he was doing. Thank you again, brother!"

They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. "I needed to replace an old, non-functional water softener so I put out a bid for offers. It was before 8AM, so I did not expect any businesses to be open yet, but within five minutes, Edgar called and I told him I was looking for bids. Edgar got here exactly when he said he would . After just a few minutes, I was impressed enough that I hired him right then. I MAY have gotten a better bid, or maybe not, but I was much impressed by Edgar's professionalism and courtesy. And, on top of that, he actually impressed me with his knowledge of the system he was installing. And, although I knew how a softener system worked, he explained things I was not familiar with. Excellent. After Edgar finished installing the system, he had removed about 15 feet of unnecessary pvc pipe and made the whole job "clean, neat, and professional" looking. Elite Electric and Air got us on the schedule fast and sent out Mark (HVAC), who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He identified crucial issues with our outdated A/C unit and advised we have someone out to look at our outdated electricity. Soon we had Christian (Electrician) out to do a safety inspection.
