"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"Scotty's plumbing showed up on time located the leak and repaired in a timely manner. Great job! Thank you"

"Excellent plumbing work by Vinnie and Angelo with Plum Crazy. We got estimates from 3 companies and Vinnie was our choice. They had the best price and did a great job installing a tankless water heater in Chico CA. I will bring them out for more work in the future. I appreciated that Vinnie explained the options and helped me make the best decision for our budget. I would strongly recommend them if you want excellent plumbing at a fair price. Thank you Vinnie and Angelo!"

"We had a very difficult clog in my main sewer line that other plumbers were not able to solve. Davalos Plumbing responded quickly and effectively in an emergency situation and fixed my issue. Douglas was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my plumbing system and was able to deduce the location and nature of the problem and choose the right tools. He has a variety of tools and heavy-duty machines and clearly communicated his process. He went above & beyond by working til 1am and didn't give up until the problem was completely fixed. After trying other plumbers and not seeing success, Davalos was able to get the job done at a very reasonable price. I trust and recommend them wholeheartedly."
