"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. "She came to my house and gave me an estimate to repair a broken arm on a love seat. She was very professional and courteous and accommodating enough to come to my house. <br /> She estimated $70 to repair the broken wood inside the arm. The price was reasonable but I only paid $75 for the love seat and the chair combined so I was not ready to invest that money just to fix the arm.  At some point in the future, I will be ready to have the arm fixed and without a doubt, I will have her come back and fix it. <br /> <br /> UPDATE:  I finally decided to have the broken arm fixed.  Even though a number of months had passed, Julie honored the original bid. She came to the house with a partner. They were on time and had all the supplies needed to repair the couch. They quickly and efficiently repaired the broken board inside the arm. <br /> <br /> It was impressive to watch how expertly they were able to pull back the upholstery, repair the broken board inside the arm and then replace the upholstery without any sign it had been taken apart. <br /> <br /> I had cut a portion of the dust cover off the bottom of the couch after my chihuahua ripped it open to hide under the couch. <br /> They replaced the shredded dust cover for no additional cost.  <br /> <br /> I will definitely call Julie again if/when I have any more furniture I need repaired."

"The service was fine. The guy was fine and on time, but it felt like maybe he left some soap or residue or something in it. Maybe, he did not rinse it out well, but other than that, it was fine. They made the appointment for me as soon as I called. I would probably not use them again. I may try one of those residue-free ones next time. In fact, I rinsed it just about a week ago with the little carpet cleaner I have at home and there seemed to be a lot of sod and stuff in there. The guy was punctual and on time. I just do not know if he spent enough time doing the rinsing. I might still keep looking.  "

"Very good. They came out to clean our dryer vent that was preventing our dryer from working properly. They cleaned it but we did not see an improvement in our dryer performance so we asked them to return. They returned the day after we called them the second time and found that there was an obstruction in the intake to the vent. They were very professional, timely and thorough. Definitely recommend."

"With 6 little kids running around there were a lot of stains (toothpaste, banana, soda, diaper cream) and Richard was able to get almost everything out.  Plus they did such a great job at extraction that the carpets dried MUCH sooner than expected.  I would say in terms of drying time they underpromised and overdelivered.  It feels so nice to have such clean carpet!  Plus the team is super friendly- great guys."
