The plumbing tech did provide a written report of the inspection and also made suggestions for pricey upgrades. It?s hard to tell what?s necessary and what isn?t with this company. The only real optin I had was to go to a tankless system. Lanney came out (early!), looked over the situation and gave me anestimate on a tankless Navian unit. The following Monday atric and Steve came out fot the installation. Both were professional, courteous, and efficient. The job was done neatly and cleaned up afterward.
