"the team came by originally to fix the sump, but correctly identified that the problem could be best fixed by adding a french drain inside the basement walls.  
My 88 yr old dad called me today, bursting with praise for the attitude, cleanliness, completeness, no-hassle, and cleanup of the job.  He is a tough cookie and curmudgeon, so praise from him is quite meaningful.
Even little details like covering all the walking areas beforehand with cloth, and not leaving any waste in their garbage cans were a plus.

"This company is wonderful. The guys who came out when I had an emergency are seriously knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. They came out in the snow, within a couple of hours of my calling them, and replaced a busted water heater by that evening we had hot water for showers. I live in a newer house and I'm not knowledgeable about how things work and they stepped me through what I should look out for and also what I should do if we have another emergency. I'm blown away by how they were able to replace the water heater in one day. This included purchasing it and picking it up and installing it. Plus, they also got to the root of the problem that had caused other costly repairs and replacements for me which was a faulty water pressure gauge that was installed by the builders. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."

"Mendi was very professional and gave great customer service. Kept me updated on the schedule and what he found related to the replacing of my water heater. He was very prompt in service, arrived and did the work when he said he would. The work area was cleaned up and he took care of all aspects of the repair, I.e. shutting off the gas lines, removed the old water heater and cleaned up well. I will call them again when I need plumbing service and also recommend them highly."

Each gentleman from this business was polite, courteous, and hard working. I felt so badly because the concrete the men had to drill through was much thicker than expected and the water since the ground was so saturated kept flowing in and so they had to do so much extra work! They did not complain one bit and worked so incredibly hard to finish in a timely manner and unfortunately for them it took them until almost 6pm but they worked diligently until the job was done! I was so impressed with everyone from start to finish and appreciated all they did to keep everything clean and tidy up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again if needed and I highly recommend them! I thought the price was very fair especially in light of all the extra work but they did not charge me extra money for that!
