"Marcos and company had unforeseen challenges with our 2001 water front home. Some minor repairs turned into major repairs due to water intrusion. They had to spend a full day removing the water damaged wood framing and another full day of carpentry work to restore the weight bearing damaged wood before they could complete the exterior caulking and painting. Lopez Painting removed wall paper, repaired woodwork and dry wall from moving electrical outlets and installing canless lights, painted master bath, closet, toilet room, large custom vanity and cabinets.
