He also gave me some advice on other plumbing projects I have in mind for the future. He was very thorough and professional and really knew his business. He then stated that he would go back to the office explain the situation to his Co workers and call me the next morning with a solution. No call back, I finally called him after about 5 days and left a voice message. Dustin returned my call and stated a possible solution but said it would cost $105 per hour if he came back. No mention of time owed or anything.
