"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

"Their team gave me very helpful information about the repair."

"Everything went extremely well, very professional and the job was completed in a timely manor. We are very pleased with the outcome and look forward to future endeavors. I would highly recommend this company for your household needs."

"Union showed up early to the appointment. My asphalt roof needed to be replaced. They replaced it with a new, energy efficient rubber roof with new roof vents in one day. They also patched and repaired my chimney."

"Nick was very responsive and professional. He had the project completed within 2.5 weeks from my initial inquiry on Angi (which I thought was pretty quick for a non-emergency job). We had some roof leakage toward the back of our home and Nick paid extra close attention to that section for proper repairs. Pricing was very reasonable and came with a 10 year warranty."

"I hired Five Star Roof Cleaning to clean the roof of my Mom’s rancher in Skillman, NJ. I’m very pleased with the work Paul and his company did! Mom’s house is going to be put up for sale in the Spring, and I wanted it to have more curb appeal by getting rid of those ugly black mold stripes and up and down the roof. Also, a few roof areas had green moss patches growing on it (which is harmful to the asphalt roofing tiles). All these problem areas were taken care of! Five Star Roof Cleaning came with all the equipment (hoses, ladders, safety equipment, etc.) and cleaning chemicals needed – all that I needed to provide was a water hose connection. I especially appreciate Paul’s concern for a quality job. The first scheduled date for the project had to be postponed because there was slight snow on part of the roof. Paul said he didn’t want to clean a roof with “frozen” roof tiles because they are too rigid and might break/chip during the cleaning process. Bravo for his concern! Next, I hired him for roof cleaning, but he also cleaned the gutters (not only with both an air blower and power washing, but also simply bending over and hand-picking out the clumps of leaves stuck underneath the gutters / asphalt tiles). He was also concerned about the cleaning chemicals that were sprayed on the roof that might “accidentally” clean other house surfaces and took steps to circumvent that from happening (you’d think that “accidentally” cleaning other areas would be desirable, but unfortunately it wouldn’t clean everything evenly and in the end, would make the cleaning project look cockeyed). Regarding the price, the amount he quoted was the price I paid (despite a slight increase in the scope of the project). I had gotten another quote from a different roof cleaning firm for double the price and found them very slimeball’ish with their aggressive sales tactics and avoiding answering simple questions. I would absolutely recommend Paul and Five Star Roof Cleaning to others!"

"Roof was done in one day. Roof looks great! Brought up the property value, listing my house. Very professional. After the roof was done, yard was cleaned up. Couldn’t even tell they were there."
