"work was completed in a timely manner (faster than I had anticipated). tile roof removed , new tarpaper installed; roof brought up to code; tile replaced and yard cleaned of all debris . project took less than two days. Priced better than 3 other roofing companies that submitted bids. TopNotch roofing LLC did a topnotch job."

"This company and its employees epitomize professionalism. From sales through acceptance, everyone was friendly and respectful. After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

"We had a great experience with Arizona Roofers replacing our storm-damaged roof. Their rep was the only one from multiple companies to walk the roof for the estimate, even resetting a loose tile for free. Our 35-year-old discontinued clay tile and failing underlayment required a decision. The rep clearly explained our options with detailed estimates: replace the underlayment under the old tile, or transition to asphalt shingles lasting 30+ years. We chose shingles. Scheduling started the next day with excellent communication. They responded quickly to questions and included two free decking sheets to limit unforeseen expenses. The two-day project went smoothly with an on-time crew. Project manager Carter kept in constant contact, sending over 600 progress photos. When issues arose, Carter was extremely receptive. Instead of a fight, he immediately acknowledged my concerns, explained the fix, and ensured 100% resolution. I highly recommend Arizona Roofers!"

"The two brothers Chris and Jose were very professional and ready to complete the repair to my tile roof. I would hire them again for any roofing work."

"I highly recommended this company to anyone, who need repairing and replacing the roof. Jimmy is my roofer and he is very helpful and trustworthy, One of the roof was leaking, I was out of town and we talk our fund, he came to my house on time and did the great job."

"We were in a bind as our roof was leaking in a spare bedroom and leveraging Angie's List to find a roof repair company. Alex rang me almost immediately after hitting send as did three other roofers. Alex could get out the same day to inspect the roof whereas the other two were the following week. Alex evaluated the situation and had a crew out five days later to not only repair the roof but re-build an entire section for long term vs. a short-term fix."

"The guys were very responsive and did a great job repairing my roof within the week I called them. They came out for a free estimate and they communicated options and not just tell me I needed a new roof. Thanks guys!"

"I have used German Roofing for several years now for my flat roof. They recently did my tile roof. The office is very easy to work with and schedule, the quotes are always spot on and honest, and the crew shows up on time, works so hard to get the work done. I am very happy and would absolutely recommend."

"Our home was painted with minor repairs done. Sunguard did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone, They were very professional and wasted no time."
