"I agreed to the terms and cost that they communicated. They also said they would send the formal proposal which I have never received. I have left several voicemails and at least 30 texts with no response. Just this morning I called and the call was answered and all I heard was the owner talking to someone else. I have never seen any company that has been so hard to contact and will not communicate after making a quote and having it accepted. Since this is my experience using Angi I am woefully disappointed. I have received another quote ,which is close to twice as much as the quote from CW, that I am going to accept. I hope my experience is better. "I wanted my steps and walkway cemented. They got in contact with me immediately and did the work immediately. They even worked on the weekend (which I did not request). The price was very fair and the project came out great. I would highly recommend if you have concrete work to call them. I clicked on several people on Home Advisor and a few didn’t even get back to me. "Original date to start job was 11/13/24. 11/20/24 I texted and asked what happened. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. At some point after this, when it was not done, I spoke with Dominic, and he proceeded to talk over me and said he was not going to remove the boulder."

"Frank SanPietro was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and was careful to make sure that he and his crew did a great job. They replaced My entire double width concrete driveway. They installed and raised the steel reinforcement fencing into the middle of the concrete to make sure that the finished concrete driveway was strong. The preparation and finishing of the concrete was exactly as he stated it would be completed. He delayed concrete pouring for expected rain and freezing temperatures, as he should.
